For salons, stylists, and therapists

Give every client a plan they actually want to open.

Regimn turns the advice you already give at the chair into a beautiful, branded plan your client keeps on their phone. It tells them when to come back, what to use at home, and why, so they actually rebook and buy the products you recommend. It works alongside the booking system you already use.

Two sides of the experience

Try it yourself

These are clickable demos, not finished apps. Tap the buttons at the top of each one to walk through the steps.

What it does

Built around the parts that grow a salon

Every piece is aimed at two things you already care about: clients who come back, and products that sell.

Template-based plan builder

The provider starts from a template, sets the visit cadence and what each visit addresses, adds a home-care routine, then edits and approves. Built to take under two minutes at the chair.

Branded client view

A shareable page styled to the salon's brand. It makes the business look premium and gives the client a reason to come back.

Products inside the plan

Your own retail, with a plain "here's why this is in your plan" note next to each one and a one-tap way to buy. The recommendation lands when the client is paying attention.

Rebooking reminders

Reminders that follow each client's plan, not a generic 24-hour text. "Your plan says it's time. Here are open times this week."

Proof it's working

A simple before-and-after view of how many clients rebook and how much product sells, so you can see whether Regimn is earning its keep.

Works with your booking tool

Regimn sits on top of the booking system you already run. It pulls client history and pushes rebookings back, instead of asking you to switch tools.

Testing it? Here's what I'd love to know

This is an early version, so rough edges are expected. There are no wrong answers. As you click around, a few things I'm wondering:

  • Provider side: could you build a plan in under two minutes?
  • Client side: would you actually open and use this?
  • Is anything confusing, missing, or doing too much?
  • Does the plan feel premium enough to hold a client's attention?
  • Would this change rebooking or product buying for you?
  • What would make you trust it enough to use it daily?
